中西医结合治疗脑血栓形成的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗脑血栓形成的效果。方法:选择湖北省监利县人民医院2012年5月—2014年7月接收的100例脑血栓患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用单纯西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液,比较2组患者的治疗效果和平均血流速度。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.0%(46/50),明显高于对照组的80.0%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑血栓形成,可提高治疗效果,改善患者血流情况,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of cerebral thrombosis.METHODS：100 cases of cerebral thrombosis admitted into Hubei Jianli County People＇s Hospital from May 2012 to Jul.2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 50 cases in each,The control group received western medicine treatment and the observation group were treated with western medicine treatment combined with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine.The treatment effects and the average velocities of two group of patients were observed and compared.RESULTS：After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.0%（46 /50）,significantly higher than that of control group 80.0%（40 /50）,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.The improvement of blood velocity in vertebral artery and basilar artery in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with significant difference（P〈 0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of cerebral thrombosis,can improve the treatment effects and blood velocity symptoms.It is worthy of application and promotion value.
