亲水性纤维含银敷料与磺胺嘧啶银霜治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效观察

Obsevation on Efficacy of Hydrophilic Fiber Silver-contained Dressings and Silver Sulfadiazine Cream in Treatment of Deep Second Degree Burn

目的:探讨亲水性纤维含银敷料与磺胺嘧啶银霜对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者的疗效。方法:选取2010年10月—2015年5月于江苏大学附属武进人民医院治疗的106例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各53例。观察组患者给予亲水性纤维含银敷料,对照组患者给予磺胺嘧啶银霜,观察2组患者治疗后不同时间的创面愈合率、愈合时间及治疗后7 d的血浆炎症因子含量。结果:观察组患者治疗7、12、17 d后的创面愈合率分别为(60.91±4.82)%、(82.38±5.12)%、(94.52±6.03)%,显著高于对照组的(51.20±5.33)%、(75.44±6.95)%、(88.31±7.74)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者愈合时间为(19.51±2.48)d,显著短于对照组的(22.84±3.72)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组患者血浆炎症因子白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α的质量浓度降低至(0.45±0.05)、(0.67±0.13)pg/ml,均显著低于对照组的(0.51±0.04)、(0.74±0.08)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与磺胺嘧啶银霜相比,使用亲水性纤维含银敷料治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤可加速创面愈合,降低机体炎症水平,效果较好,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the efficacy of hydrophilic fiber silver-contained dressings and silver sulfadiazine cream in treatment of deep second degree burn.METHODS：76 cases of deep second degree burn admitted into Wujin People＇s Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from Oct.2010 to Apr.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 38 cases in each.The observation group were treated with hydrophilic fiber silver-contained dressings,while the control group received silver sulfadiazine cream.The wound healing rates at different time points and healing time after treatment,the content of plasma inflammatory factors after treatment of 7 d in two groups were observed.RESULTS：After treatment of 7 d,12 d and17 d,the wound healing rates in the observation group were respectively（60.91 ± 4.82） %,（82.38 ± 5.12） % and（94.52 ± 6.03） %,were significantly higher than those in the control group（51.20 ± 5.33） %,（75.44 ± 6.95） %and（88.31 ± 7.74） %,with statistically significant difference（P〈 0.05）.The healing time of observation group was（19.51 ± 2.48） d,significantly shorter than that of the control group（22.84 ± 3.72） d,with statistically significant difference（P〈 0.05）.After treatment of 7 d,the contents of plasma inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the observation group decreased to（0.45 ± 0.05） pg / ml and（0.67 ± 0.13） pg / ml,significantly lower than those in the control group（0.51 ± 0.04） pg / ml and（0.74 ± 0.08） pg / ml,with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Compared with silver sulfadiazine cream,the application of hydrophilic fiber silver-contained dressings in treatment of deep second degree burn can accelerate wound healing,reduce the level of inflammation.It is an effective treatment method and has clinical promotion significance.
