2011—2014年常州市第一人民医院中药注射剂应用分析

Analysis on Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in the First People's Hospital of Changzhou During 2011-2014

目的:了解2011—2014年常州市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂的使用情况,为指导临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过医院药库管理系统调取2011—2014年中药注射剂的使用数据,对我院中药注射剂的用药品种、销售金额、用药频度等进行统计,分析其用药规律。结果:我院中药注射剂的使用量逐年增长。2011—2014年中药注射剂销售金额分别为289.5、3 566.6、3 673.1、3 788.3万元;2011—2014年我院中药注射剂种类主要包括抗肿瘤类、活血类和补益类3类,活血类销售金额为3类最高,且呈逐年上升趋势,分别为1 202 951、19 331 400、24 842 404、27 556 012元;销售金额最高的药品为大株红景天注射液。使用中药注射剂最多的科室是肿瘤科,华蟾素注射液、鸦胆子油注射液、康艾注射液、参麦注射液以及参芪扶正注射液的使用病例数均居肿瘤科第1位;肾内科使用注射用血塞通和生脉注射液的病例数在所有科室中居第1位。抗肿瘤类和补益类中药注射剂主要用于肿瘤患者的治疗,近年来其用量和销售金额呈下降趋势。结论:中药注射剂在临床上应用普遍,但仍需加强对中药注射剂规范使用的监管,以促进临床合理用药。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections in the First People＇s Hospital of Changzhou（hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂） during 2011-2014,so as to provide reference for the guidance of clinical rational drug use.METHODS：According to HIS,the application data of TCM injections in terms of drug varieties,consumption sum,defined daily dose system（DDDs） during 2011-2014 as well as the medication rules were statistically analyzed.RESULTS：The consumption amount of TCM injections in our hospital increased year by year.The consumption sum of TCM injections during 2011-2014 were respectively 289.5 ten thousand yuan,3 566.6 ten thousand yuan,3 673.1 ten thousand yuan and 3 788.3 ten thousand yuan.The varieties of TCM injections during 2011-2014 were respectively drugs for anti-tumor,drugs for activating blood and drugs for tonic;and consumption sum of drugs for activating blood was the highest of the three,with an increasing trend year by year,were respectively 1 202 951 yuan,19 331 400 yuan,24 842 404 yuan and 27 556 012 yuan.The large plant of hongjingtian injection took the lead of consumption sum.TCM injections were mostly used in oncology department,and cases with cinobufacini injection,javanica oil injection,kangai injection,shenmai injection and shengqifuzheng injection dominated the first place of all the departments.Anti-tumor and tonic TCM injections were mainly used for the treatment in cancer patients,the consumption amount and consumption sum were in a decrease trend in recently years.CONCLUSIONS：TCM injections were widely used in clinic,therefore the supervision on the application of TCM injections should be strengthened,so as to improve the rational drug use in clinic.
