2012—2014年郑州市第六人民医院中药注射剂应用分析

Analysis on Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Zhengzhou the Sixth People's Hospital During 2012-2014

目的:了解2012—2014年郑州市第六人民医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂临床使用情况,为促进合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性调查2012—2014年我院中药注射剂的销售金额与年增长率,各类中药注射剂的销售金额与构成比,用药频度排序居前10位单品种中药注射剂的销售金额、排序比及限定日费用,用药频度排序居前10位临床科室的中药注射剂销售金额和排序比,从宏观上了解其临床应用特点。结果:2012—2014年,我院中药注射剂品种数逐年递减;销售金额有所增长,2013年较2012年增长6.33%,2014年较2013年增长8.28%;我院中药注射剂销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例分别为7.48%、6.53%和6.19%;销售金额、用药频度和限定日费用排序靠前的均为抗肿瘤类、补益类、活血化瘀类和清热解毒类中药注射剂,但具体品种略有变化。按品种数计,中药注射剂主要集中在内科使用;按销售金额、用药频度计,其主要集中在骨科、肿瘤科、神经内科、呼吸内科与普外科使用。结论:中药注射剂在临床各科的应用较为广泛,处方者应严格辨证施治、合理应用。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections in Zhengzhou the Sixth People＇s Hospital（hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） during 2012-2014,so as to provide reference for the rational drug use.METHODS：Retrospective survey was adopted to analyze the consumption sum and annual growth rate of TCM injections during 2012-2014,the the consumption sum,constituent ratio and defined daily cost（DDC） of top 10 single TCM injections ranked by medication frequence,and the consumption sum and constituent ratio of top 10 TCM injections in clinical department ranked by medication frequence;therefore,the clinicalapplication characteristics of TCM injection was investigated macroscopically.RESULTS：During 2012-2014,the varieties of TCM injection gradually decreased year by year;while the consumption of TCM injections in 2013 and2014 increased by 6.33% and 8.28% respectively compared with last year.The ratio of consumption sum of TCM injection in total consumption sum were 7.48%,6.53% and 6.19%.The consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of TCM injections that took the lead were respectively drugs for anti-tumor,drugs for tonic,drugs for promoting blood to remove stasis and drugs for detoxification,yet the specific varieties were vary slightly.According to number of varieties,TCM injections were mainly used in department of internal medicine;according to consumption sum and medication frequence,TCM injections were mainly used in department of orthopaedics,oncology,neurology,respiration medicine and general surgery.CONCLUSIONS：TCM injections are widely used in all clinical departments,which should be rationally used based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.
