摘要
目的:本研究主要观察中药丹参酮ⅡA对非ST段抬高ACS患者PCI术后肾功能及中医症候疗效的影响。方法:选取非ST段抬高ACS患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予标准化西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上,于术前2天至术后8天,给予中药丹参酮ⅡA注射液静脉注射,术后随访3个月。结果:两组在术后均出现了血Cr、尿β2-微球蛋白、血胱抑素水平的升高,术后第1天及第3天时升高较明显(P<0.05),对照组升高更显著(P<0.05);术后按血肌酐水平分类,治疗组在术后第3天及术后第8天时,阳性例数少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医症候疗效的评定优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮ⅡA可以减少非ST段抬高ACS患者冠脉介入术后造影剂对肾功能的影响,并可以改善患者的症状。
This study aimed to observe the effects of sodium tanshinon II A silate on renal function and the therapeutic efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms in non-ST elevation acute coronary syndromes(NSTEACS) patients after PCI. Sixty patients with NSTEACS were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received standardized western medicine treatment. The treatment group received standardized western medicine treatment and then given sodium tanshinon II A silate injection, from 2 days before to 8 days after PCI. Patients were followed up for 3 months after PCI. The results showed that serum creatinine level, β2-MG level in urine, and SCys C level were increased. The levels increased obviously from the first day to the third day after PCI in both two groups(P〈 0.05). The levels in the control group increase more obvious(P〈 0.05). According to the serum creatinine levels after PCI, the number of positive cases in the treatment group was less than the control group from the third day to the eighth day after PCI(P〈 0.05). The therapeutic efficiency of TCM symptoms of the treatment group was better than the control group(P〈 0.05). It was concluded that sodium tanshinon II A silate can reduce the impact of renal function of patients with NSTEACS and improve their therapeutic efficiency of TCM symptoms.
