开辟“后中西医结合研究”——纪念毛泽东提出“中西医结合”60周年

Study on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Future:To Commemorate the 60th Anniversary of MAO Zedong Putting Forward “Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine”

提出和论证开辟"后中西医结合研究"。总结了中西医结合研究60年的进展和成就,阐明了其历史价值、学术价值、临床价值、发展价值。分析了现有研究的局限和困难,主要是认识上存在严重盲目性、"以西解中"研究走进死胡同、陷入"不可通约"的无解困境、留有不可企及的巨大空白。论证了开辟"后中西医结合研究"的必然性和方向目标,认为已有的60年实践只是促进中西医统一的起步阶段,新世纪新千年需要在此基础上开辟新的更高研究阶段,应从中西医"不可通约"的学术问题入手和展开,重点阐明中医在西医视野之外的重大发现与发明,目标是研究和走向"A+B+ab+C"的"医学大同",医学大同的坐标是"以人为本",要有全新的研究思路和方法。开辟后中西医结合研究要大破大立,需要一轮新的思想解放,其进展和成就将是一场划时代的医学革命。

This paper discussed and proved ＂the study on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the future＂. Development and achievement of study on integrated traditional Chinese and west- ern medicine in 60 years were summarized to analyze the historical,academic ,clinical and development val- ues,the limitations and difficulties such as blindness in cognition,the dead end of studying traditional Chi- nese medicine by western medicinal methods,difficulty in commensuration and the blank area which was difficult to achieve. The necessity and target of ＂the study on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the future＂ were proved and 60 years of practice was only the early stage of integrated tradi- tional Chinese and western medicine. The higher study stage should start with the difficulty in commensura- tion between traditional Chinese and western medicine,explain the important discovery and inventions and aim to ＂medical great unity＂ characterized by ＂A＋B＋ab＋C＂ with ＂people oriented＂ as the coordinates which should have the new ideas and methods. The post study on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine should break some old ideas and establish some new ideas,need a new ideological emancipation and would develop an epoch-making medical revolution.
