肺积、息贲及息积用药规律文献研究

Literature Study on the Prescription Rules of Feiji,Xifen and Xiji

目的 :研究治疗肺积、息贲以及息积的处方用药规律及其所反映的病机特点,为肺癌的中医治疗提供思路和方法。方法:应用电子检索的方法,以《中华医典》为根据,对中医文献中关于肺积、息贲及息积治疗的文献进行搜集并整理,摘录其治疗的方药,录入数据库,并运用统计软件SPSS 17.0对药物进行频数和频率分析。结果:补虚药、化痰止咳平喘药、理气药、解表药、温里药、利水渗湿药是治疗的主要药类;补虚药中以补气药物为主,所有药物以苦辛甘及归脾胃肺经之品为常用。温热之品较寒凉药物应用较多。结论:中医文献中肺积、息贲及息积治疗以补虚扶正、化痰祛湿、活血祛瘀、兼理气解表为主;方药性味主要为苦辛甘及温热,主要归肺脾胃经。通过药物分析可以初步推论民国及其以前的医家认为肺积、息贲及息积为本虚标实,本虚以气虚为主,标实以痰、湿为主,兼夹血瘀。

Objective：To study theprescription rules and thepathogenesis characteristics of Feiji,Xifen and Xiji to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of lung cancer in traditional Chinese medicine. Meth- ods：Based on Chinese Medical Classics,the prescriptions and herbs for treating Feiji,Xifen and Xiji in TCM literatures were collected and recorded into the database which were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 to calcu- late the frequency. Results：The main medicines had the effects of tonifying,resolving phlegm and suppress- ing cough,regulating Qi ;warming interior,resolving the dampness and promoting diuresis. Herbs for tonifying Qi were common in tonifying medicine. Herbs bitter,pungent and sweet in taste and lung,spleen and stom- ach in channel tropism were common used. Herbs warm and hot in nature were applied more than herbs cold and cool in nature. Conclusion：The treatment of Feiji,Xifen and Xiji in TCM literatures mainly in- cluded：tonifying deficiency to restore healthy energy,resolving the phlegm and dampness,activating blood and dissolving stasis and regulating Qi and relieving exterior. Herbs were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet in taste,cold and cool in nature,lung,spleenand stomach in channel tropism. Through the analysis of medicine treating Feiji,Xifen and Xiji,we might find TCM doctors before the republic of China believed that deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality was the main pathogenesis,mainly manifested as Qi deficiency in origin and phlegm,dampness and blood stasis in excess in superficiality.
