论《理虚元鉴》对虚劳证治的贡献

Contributions of Lixu Yuanjian to the Consumptive Disease

明末医家汪绮石所揖《理虚元鉴》是一部关于治疗虚劳病证的精详而独到的专著,该书编撰严谨,辨证论治、立法遣药,灵机活泼,独具一格。本文就《理虚元鉴》中"虚劳病"学术思想进行初步探讨,从学术源流、虚劳病因病机、施治法则等角度阐述虚劳论治理论。绮石精研医术,以《易经》《内经》为宗,融诸家之所长,独创一家之言;绮石临证,独具慧眼,治病必求其因,首倡六端;审查病机,首创由"火"之论;详论治法,倡"三本二统"之说。绮石尊古而不泥,述而有作,治病求本,内外兼顾,善辨真伪;临证强调辨证论治须精深,四诊合参须圆活,药随症施,随症易方。书中论述对于临床虚劳性疾病的防治有参考价值。

Lixu Yuanjian is a fine detailed and original monograph for treating the consumptive disease, written by QI Shi at the end of Ming dynasty,which was compiled strictly and recorded treatment based on syndrome differentiation and many prescriptions. The academic thoughts of Lixu Yuanjian in treating the consumptive disease were analyzed in this paper which including：academic origin,pathogenesis and treat- ment. QI Shi studied medical classics and built up his own theory based on Yijing and Neijing. QI Shi paid more attention to the etiology advocating the six etiology theory and the pathogenesis advocating the deficient fire theory. QI Shi advocated ＂Sanben Ertong＂,treating the root of the consumptive disease,consid- ering both the internal and external of the body. Qi Shi was skillful in the four diagnostic methods and his prescriptions and medications were based on syndrome differentiation. Lixu Yuanjian was a valuable refer- ence for the prevention and treatment of the consumptive disease.
