摘要
在视频压缩标准H.263中,量化过程是造成DCT编解码信息损失的根源,所以量化器的好坏直接影响到编码器效率和重建图像的质量。本文介绍了H.263视频编解码器软件实现的方式并详细分析了量化技术及其软件实现代码。
In the video compression code standard H.263,the loss of encoding and decoding information of DCT is caused by quantification,so quantizer is an important factor to efficiency of the coder and video quality reconstructed.The software scheme and the quantification of H.263 are discussed here.
