该文阐述了用SMIL开发制作"双语""智能"流媒体课件的一个优化策略,该策略优化做指导为关键,能实现多语言的自动识别,带宽的智能检测,动画的交互性,存放空间与传输的高压缩率等,整个系统简单实用,课件播放效果良好,大大地弥补了传统流媒体课件的不足,并在分析中给出了实例与解决问题的部分代码。

This article introduces the exploitation methods on synchronal network multimedia courseware based on SMIL.The optimization is the key to design streaming media course,we try to do some researches about it. The system is very simple to use,and the playing effect is very well.It will offset the defect of traittional Streaming media courseware.An example is given in the analysis,finally we give out part codes of the procedure in SMIL.
