在激烈竞争的环境下,企业只有把有限的资源用于核心业务,而把非核心业务外包出去,才能形成自己的竞争优势。ASP模式是近年来迅速发展起来的一种基于互联网应用的新型商业租赁的服务模式,适应中小企业快速实现信息化建设的需要。文章分析了供应链管理产生的背景及面临的挑战,为企业提出了基于ASP模式下的供应链管理解决方案。

In the environment of drastic competition, the enterprises that use limited resources in the core business and outsource their none-core business could acquire competitive advantage. ASP mode is a new leasehold Internet-based commerce mode that grows up quickly in the recent years, which adapts to the demand of rapid realization of corporate informatization.This paper analyses SCM’s birth background and some challenges confronting at present, and puts farward a solution of DEMAO supply chain management system for enterprises.
