考试是现代社会选拔人才的重要方式,前期的报名工作是其中的一个重要环节。在保证信息安全的前提下,该文探讨了一种基于网络的网上报名方式。利用互联网络,将考生基本信息以电子档案的方式录入到计算机,通过网络传至考试中心。审核人员通过网络得到经考试中心切分处理的前期报名信息进行审核,并通过网络传回考试中心。利用防火墙、数字签名等技术实现了数据传输的安全及身份的防抵赖和权限的控制。此方式改变了传统现场报名方式的人员集中、串行操作等弊端,实现了网上报名、网上付费、网上自动分帐结算和网上打印准考证,充分保证了考试前期报名工作的高效率、低成本、公平、公正。
