This article suggests that we can, from the angle of ISP, with the Balance Technology of Multi-link Load, and by choosing proper multi-link load equipments, construct a net of high load. As a result of this, the problems of visiting between ISP can be solved by efficiently using and spreading bandwidth of link, which provides more reliability and validity for visiting between web sites.
