浅谈计算机实验室人员定量考核的研究与探索

一直以来高校实验技术人员的工作量考核多数定性而不定量。与教师的考核不同,实验技术人员的工作量考核是一个较为复杂的问题。近年来,为了适应21世纪高校人才培养的发展需要,国内各高校针对管理体制存在的问题进行了大量的变革。这些改革措施实现了人员分流。促进了人才的合理流动,明确了岗位职责,为实验室建设和发展奠定了良好的基础。本文以计算机实验室人员的定量考核为依据,并根据笔者的实际工作经验,就量化考核工作进行探讨。

Since the university has tested technical personnel's work load inspection most qualitative, but indefinite quantity. Is different with teacher's inspection, the experiment technical personnel's work load inspection is a more complex question. In recent years, to meet the 21st century university personnel training development need, the domestic various universities have carried on the massive transforma-tions in view of the management system existence's question. These reform measure has realized the personnel divergence. Promoted tal-ented person's reasonable flowing, has been clear about the post responsibility, has laid the good foundation for the laboratory construction and the development. This article take the computer laboratory personnel's quota inspection as the basis, and according to author's practical work experience, carries on the discussion on the quantification inspection work.
