Experimental evaluation against the computer evaluation of the practical problems encountered in using the method of constructing the matrix induced by the traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the matrix have been studied to improve the test; solve the decision-makers to adjust the matrix to determine the blindness. Application of this improved AHP method used in the practical assessment of computer evaluation, the results prove the feasibility of the method and practical.
