二次锂电池铬氧化物正极材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 该文以三氧化铬为原料,在氧气气氛下制备出高纯度的Cr3O8。采用XRD、ICP、SEM和恒流充放电技术分别表征了Cr3O8材料的结构、化学成分、颗粒形貌和电化学性能。结果表明Cr3O8正极材料首次放电容量可逆容量达到340mAh/g,15周循环以后容量仍保持在300mAh/g以上,循环效率保持在95%以上。但是,材料中未分解CrO3对电化学性能有显著的影响。 In this paper, CrO3 as raw materials, prepared in oxygen atmosphere of high purity Cr3O8. Using XRD, ICP, SEM, and constant-current charge-discharge technology, materials were characterized by Cr3O8 structure, chemical composition, particle morphology and electrochemical performance. The results show that the first discharge capacity of cathode materials Cr3O8 reversible capacity of 340mAh/g, After 15 weeks cycle test, the capacity remained beyond 300mAh/g or more, recycling efficiency remains above 95%. However, the material does not decompose on the electrochemical properties of CrO3 significant impact.
