利用数字地球平台GoogleEarth的基础地理框架和高分辨率卫星照片底图,使用建模工具进行三维建筑群模型建立,通过KML语法实现地理数据显示,实现了虚拟城市的建设和实施。实验证明,数字地球平台凭借其在地理资源、三维显示、网络传输等方面的优势,是实现数字城市建设的有效工具。

The use of digital earth platform,GoogleEarth the basic geographic framework and high-resolution satellite photo base map,use the modeling tools for complex three-dimensional model building,through the KML syntax to achieve geographic data,to enable a virtual city construction and implementation.Experiments show that digital terrestrial platform,by virtue of its geographical resources,three-dimensional display,network transmission,and other areas is to achieve an effective tool for the construction of digital cities.
