基于VI的动态应变测试系统设计

摘要 该设计是为了对100多路动态应变信号进行测试。在测试过程中以动态数据采集模块PXI系列及前端调理适配设备SH系列为硬件平台,以流行的虚拟仪器(VI)软件LabVIEW为运行平台,开发了拥有系统配置模块、参数配置模块、状态检测模块、标定系统模块、数据采集模块、校准系统模块、数据处理模块七个模块组成的系统软件。最后通过应用证明了该系统的实用性、先进性、经济性和可靠性的特点。 This design was meant to more than 100 dynamic strain signal path for testing.In the testing process in a dynamic data acquisition module PXI series and conditioning equipment SH series adapter for hardware platform,take the popular hypothesized instrument (VI) software Lab VIEW as the movement platform,developed had the parameter disposition module,the condition examination module,the calibration system module,the data acquisition and the signal output module,the calibration system module,the data processing module six module composition system software.Finally has proven this system's usability,the sophistication,the efficiency through the application and the reliable characteristic.
