摘要
该文应用计算机散斑干涉法对压电陶瓷驱动的诱发应变场的位移量进行了测量与图像分析,为进一步探讨全场无损检测提供了实验依据。
In this article, the displacement variation of the induced strain field for driving by piezoelectric ceramics will be measured by computer speckle pattern interferometry and its image also will be analysed. It provides a powerfully experimental platform for the study of full-field and nondestructive measurement.
