With the rapid expansion of information,many problems for example the safety problem is the urgent problems. The database encryption is the key problem of the safety problems. In this paper the safety characteristics of computer information,described the necessarily and basic theories of the encryption,discussed the design and implement of encryption technology of SQL Sever and Web database.
