摘要
教师年度考核的目的是对教师起到有效的指导和激励作用。该文阐述了高校教师年度考核量化测评系统的主要功能,数据库设计和系统实现的关键技术。系统能够适应动态考核指标表。
The purpose of teachers annual assessment is to have effective guidance and encouragement to teacher. This paper expounds the quantitative evaluation system's main functions,database design,and key technology. The system can adapt to the dynamic evaluation index table.
