摘要
电子商务作为一种全新的交易模式,在带给我们便捷、丰富的消费商品和服务的同时,也给消费者权益保护带来了极大的挑战。该文以电子商务中消费者权益保护问题为研究对象,分析了电子商务发展与消费者权益保护中存在的问题,给出了有效地解决措施,并针对我国电子商务消费者权益保护问题提出了具体的应对策略。
E-commerce as a new trading model, give us convenient, abundant consumer goods and services, but also to the Consumer Protection posed a great challenge. In this paper, e-commerce consumer protection issues in the study, analyzed the development of electronic commerce and consumer protection problems, given the effective solutions, and e-commerce for consumer rights protection in China has made specific countermeasures.
