On Analyzing and Understanding the Significance in the Development of Teaching Appraisement Management System

结合"军队院校教学工作评价管理系统"开发,从四个方面对其重要意义进行了探讨。认为教学工作评价是新时期军委总部加强军队院校质量建设的重要举措,开发这一技术平台,旨在实现上级主管部门、院校自身对教学建设和教学工作评价的规范化、信息化、常态化管理,推动院校教学建设和教学工作评价深入持久地开展。

Combining with the development of Teaching Appraisement Management System in Military Academy,we hold a discussion about its significance from four aspects.We consider the Teaching Appraisement as a key measure taken by the Central Military Commission and Headquarters to strengthen the teaching of military academies in the new age.The development of technical platform aims to realize standardization,informationization and normalization management between higher authority,academy itself and teaching construction,teaching appraisement,then promote the teaching construction and teaching appraisement more thorough and enduring.
