浅谈ADSL技术及其应用

ADSL(Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Loop)是在电话线上运用的一种新的宽带接入技术,它利用一对电话铜线,为网络用户提供上、下行非对称的传输速率。本文试从ADSL技术原理入手,重点阐述了ADSL的技术优点和ADSL的应用,并将其与Modem,ISDN,Cable Modem等进行了对比,得出了ADSL技术的优势。

ADSL (Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Loop) is used in the telephone line,a new broadband access technology,which uses a pair of telephone copper wire,to network users,the downlink transmission rate of non-symmetrical.This paper tries to start from the principle of ADSL technology,focuses on the benefits of ADSL and ADSL technology applications,and with the Modem,ISDN,Cable Modem,etc.were compared,obtained the advantage of ADSL technology.
