Introduction to computer science is an introductory course for undergraduates majoring in computer,it plays a vital role in guiding the freshmen correctly understand and study the knowledge of computer science.The objectives,contents,schedule and methods of teaching are analysed in detail,at the meantime some views and opinions are given in this paper,which aims to make students have an overall understanding of the subject and possess thinking abiliies of analysing and solving problems by computer.
