摘要
随着光纤技术的不断更新,其应用已经渗透到社会的各个领域。由于光导纤维材质的特殊性,要生产出高质量的光纤及其产品,其检测手段显得尤为重要。检测中使用的镜头的精度直接决定了产品的质量。利用计算机图像采集、分析、处理、控制等技术可以大大提高镜头的检测精度,减少人工操作带来的种种弊端,从而使光纤产品的质量有了进一步的提高。
With fiber technology to a wider range of applications to the production areas,its application has penetrated into all spheres of society.Specificity of the optical fiber materials,to produce high quality fiber and its products,its means of detection is particularly important.Detection accuracy of the lens used directly determine the quality of the product.Using computer image acquisition,analysis,processing,control technology can greatly improve the detection accuracy of the lens,reduce the drawbacks caused by manual operation,so that the quality of fiber optic products has been further improved.
