基于PDM的CAPP集成技术应用研究

Research for PDM-based CAPP Integration Technology Application

计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)与产品数据管理(PDM),已经变成制造业实现企业信息化与生产自动化的重要技术手段。然而传统的CAPP系统具有信息相互隔离情况,并且工艺设计过程的并行与控制不能得到很好地实现。该文通过分析研究基于PDM的计算机辅助工艺设计,对PDM的体系结构进行了具体分析,在以PDM技术基础上的CAPP架构上,设计了一个基于信息枢纽的PDM/CAPP集成模型。同时,通过基于信息枢纽的PDM/CAPP集成模型,对某企业CAPP系统中与集成相关的部分进行了具体的分析和设计,设计了该企业PDM系统和CAPP系统集成的解决方案,同时实施了开发实现。

Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) and product data management (PDM),has become a manufacturing industry enterprise information and important technical means of automation.However,traditional CAPP system has the information isolated situation,and a parallel process to control the design process can not be well realized.Based on the analysis of computer-aided process design based on PDM,PDM architecture for a concrete analysis,in order to CAPP based on PDM technology architecture,designed based on the information hub for PDM /CAPP integration model.Meanwhile,based on the information hub of the PDM /CAPP integrated model of a CAPP system of businesses associated with the integration of a specific part of the analysis and design,design of the enterprise PDM system and CAPP system integration solutions,the implementation of the development achieved.
