摘要
该文通过对杭州企业和上海信息化示范企业案例的研究以及参考IMM理论及诺兰模型的思想,从企业的管理与组织环境状况、信息化基础设施水平和信息化应用水平三个方面,提出企业信息化成熟度的评价指标体系,并根据这些指标构建了企业信息化成熟度的阶段分类模型和每个阶段的关键状态点,由此得到评价某个企业信息化所属成熟度阶段的测评原则和方法。最后总结了部分影响企业信息化成熟度的因素和成功企业信息化建设的经验。
According to enterprise informationization cases of Shanghai and Hang Zhou,and referring to IMM theory and Nolan model,the paper puts forward evaluation indices system of enterprise informationization in maturity which consists of the enterprise management and organizational environment condition,information infrastructure and informatization level.Then the paper advances enterprise informationization maturity model and key state of each stage.Finally evaluating method and principles are suggested,and giving the influence factors of enterprise informationization maturity and Successful enterprise informatization construction experience.
