如何利用信息化手段优化业务流程与管理流程,成为第三方物流企业在降低成本、提升竞争力过程中必须面对的问题。分析了目前第三方物流管理信息系统的应用现状及普遍存在的一些问题。在讨论SaaS(software as a Service,软件即服务)概念及对SaaS服务模式与传统软件模式比较的基础上,提出了以Flex技术对SaaS模式的第三方物流管理信息系统进行设计与实现的方案。

How to use information technology tools to optimize business processes and management processes,a third-party logistics companies must face the problem when they consider to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness.This paper analyzes the current situation and some existing problems of third-party logistics.Based upon the discussion of SaaS' concept,and comparison of SaaS model and traditional ones,This paper proposes a third-party logistics management information system by using Flex technology and SaaS model.
