摘要
研究了射极偏置和恒流源偏置两种差动放大器电路,分析了两种差动放大器电路在双端输入双端输出方式下的静态工作点的估算、差模电压放大倍数和共模电压放大倍数、共模抑制比,讨论了恒流源偏置差动放大电路的其余三种接法的差模电压放大倍数,并给出实验实测结果。实验结果验证了理论知识。
The two types of differential amplifier circuits about emitter bias and the constant current source bias have been researched.In two-input two-output state,the quiescent point was estimated,and magnification factor of difference-mode and common-mode voltage were analyzed,and the rejection ratio of common-mode was also analyzed.At last,magnification factor of difference-mode voltage of the constant current source bias differential amplifier circuits in three other connection methods was discussed,and the experimental test result was showed.The experimental result proved that the theoretical content is accurate.
