摘要
该文分析了当前电信行业客户维系与挽留的现状和缺乏高效的IT支撑给中国电信带来的问题,介绍了IT支撑及其特性,以及采用IT支撑技术对客户维系与挽留工作的可行性和必要性,结合当前实际需求,提出一种基于CRM的综合应用架构。
The article analyzes the current telecom customers sustain and retain the status quo and the lack of efficient it support to the problems posed by China Telecom,describes IT support and its characteristics,and uses IT to support technical team of the customer to maintain and retain the feasibility and necessity of the work,combined with the current actual needs,proposing a comprehensive application based on CRM.
