对标管理是寻找和学习最佳管理案例和运行方式的一种方法。现在,这种方法已成为企业乃至政府的选择。目前,对标管理已成为最受企业欢迎的第三大战略管理方法。该文以某企业为例,结合其业务需求和特点,研究并设计一套具有该企业管理特色的基于WEB的对标管理信息系统。此系统采用B/S架构设计,实现查询、管理、统计分析、评价打分等功能,协助企业及时、准确、全面的掌握其经营动态,进行考核决策。

Benchmarking management is a method to find and learn the best management case and operation mode.This method has become the choice of enterprises and governments now.At present,benchmarking management has become the third most popular management methods.In this article,taking a enterprise for example,a characteristic and Web-based benchmarking management is studied and designed,combined with the enterprise's business needs.The system is designed in B/S structure,its function,which include inquiry,management,statistics and analysis,assessment and score,help enterprises to master operation situation quickly,accurately and thoroughly,assess and make a decision.
