The institution office automation system which has documents management and personnel management together;it contains the advanced management concept and the management idea.It can help the Governmental to sort out the chaotic documents,and file out the documents reasonably when they are born;It unifies closely documents with projects,creates the work environment of joint collaboration,manage work progress effectively and strengthen the leaders at all levels to monitor work;The documents are accumulated and filed in order.Governmental 's knowledge base will be formed gradually to enable all staffs to have the jurisdiction to share Governmental resources and experiences of the predecessors,and improves effectively the overall quality and the productive forces of Government.It is the competent assistant to raise the managerial effectiveness,and enhance long-term competitive power for the Government.
