血清基质蛋白酶9和胱抑素C水平与脑梗死病变程度的相关性

Correlation between serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and cystatin and severity of cerebral infarction

目的探讨血清基质蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平与脑梗死病变程度的相关性。方法选取本院神经内科收治的首次发病的48 h内的脑梗死患者90例作为观察组,另选取同期行体检的健康者90例作为对照组。检测2组研究对象的血清MMP-9和Cys-C水平,分析二者水平与脑梗死病变程度的关系。结果观察组患者血清MMP-9和Cys-C水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组轻、中、重度患者的血清MMP-9和Cys-C水平呈现逐渐升高的状态,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大梗死灶患者的血清MMP-9和Cys-C水平显著高于中、小梗死灶患者(P<0.05),中梗死灶患者的血清MMP-9和Cys-C水平显著高于小梗死灶患者(P<0.05)。结论血清MMP-9和Cys-C水平与脑梗死的发生、病情严重程度及梗死灶大小均有相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9（ MMP-9） and cystatin（ Cys-C） and severity of cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety patients with first onset cerebral infarction within 48 hours were selected as observation group,while ninety healthy people with physical examination were selected as control group. The levels of serum MMP-9 and Cys-C in the two groups were detected and the correlation between serum MMP-9 and Cys-C levels and severity of cerebral infarction was analyzed. Results The serum MMP-9 and Cys-C levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The serum MMP-9 and Cys-C levels of patients with mild,moderate or severe cerebral infarction in the observation group increased gradually,and there were significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The serum MMP-9 and Cys-C levels of patients with large infarct focus were significantly higher than those of patients with middle and small infarct focus,and there were significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The serum MMP-9 and Cys-C levels of middle infarct group were significantly higher than those of small infarct group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Serum MMP-9 and Cys-C levels are correlated with the incidence of cerebral infarction,the severity of disease and size of infarct focus.
