优质护理改善短暂性脑缺血发作患者疾病认知度与依从性的效果

Effect of high quality nursing on improvement of the disease awareness and treatment compliance in patients with transient ischemic attack

目的观察及分析优质护理理念在改善短暂性脑缺血发作患者疾病认知度与治疗依从性中的效果。方法选取64例短暂性脑缺血发作患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规短暂性脑缺血发作护理组)和观察组(优质护理理念组)各32例,比较2组患者护理前及护理后2周、4周及8周的疾病认知度及治疗、护理依从性。结果护理前2组患者的疾病认知度、治疗及护理依从性比较(P>0.05),而护理后2周、4周及8周观察组三个方面均好于对照组(P>0.05)。结论优质护理理念可有效改善短暂性脑缺血发作患者疾病认知度与治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on improvement of the disease awareness and treatment compliance in patients with transient ischemic attack. Methods A total of 64 patients with transient ischemic attack were selected and randomly divided into control group（ conventional nursing for transient ischemic attack） and observation group（ high quality nursing）,32 cases in each group. The disease awareness,treatment and nursing compliance of two groups before nursing and at 2nd,4thand 8thweeks after nursing were compared. Results There were no significant differences in disease awareness,treatment and nursing compliance between two groups before nursing（ P〉0. 05）,while these indexes at 2nd,4thand 8thweeks after nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing concept can effectively improve the disease awareness and treatment compliance of patients with transient ischemic attack.
