认知行为干预疗法对改善强迫症患者心理状态及生活质量的效果评价

Effect evaluation of cognitive behavior intervention therapy in improving psychological status and quality of life in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder

目的评价认知行为干预疗法对改善强迫症患者心理状态及生活质量的效果。方法选取100例强迫症患者作为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分组,各50例,对照组进行常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上实行认知行为干预,利用健康调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对2组患者干预前后生活质量、心理状态进行评价,利用耶鲁布朗强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)评价2组患者干预前后强迫症得分情况。结果 2组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁以及强迫症得分都较干预前有所降低,观察组降低幅度更显著(P<0.05);干预后生活质量都有改善,其中观察组改善较为显著(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预疗法能够有效改善强迫症者心理状态及生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of cognitive behavior intervention therapy in improving psychological status and quality of life in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods A total of 100 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were treated with cognitive behavior intervention.MOS health questionnaire,SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the quality of life and psychological status of patients in the two groups before and after intervention. The Yale Brown scale（ Y-BOCS）was used to evaluate the scores of obsessive-compulsive disorder before and after intervention in both groups. Results The anxiety,depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention,and these indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The quality of life in both groups improved after intervention,and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cognitive behavior intervention therapy can effectively improve the psychological status and quality of life in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
