构建面向全业务经营发展监控的业务监控预警管理体系

随着用户量的增长、服务质量的提高以及产品业务订购量的加大,对经营发展变化的反应速度要求越来越高。如何对经营业务有效监控,从订购数据中提取有效数据信息,进行分析、建模,建立完善的业务监控预警体系,成为待解决的一大难题。本文针对业务监控预警管理系统建设,重点从业务数据分析、提升业务监控及监控预警三个方面进行了讨论,并初步提出整体的系统解决方案及方案效果总结。
