摘要
企业研发机构是企业开展研发创新活动的基地,是企业创新能力的源泉。在对常州装备制造业企业研发机构建设现状调研的基础上,对常州装备制造业企业研发创新面临的机遇与挑战等进行SWOT分析,提出常州装备制造业高水平企业研发机构建设指导思想和对策措施。
Enterprise RD organization is the base for enterprises to carry out research and development innovation, and is the source of enterprise innovation ability. Based on the investigation of the enterprise RD organization construction of the equipment manufacturing industry in Changzhou, this paper carries out SWOT analysis for the RD and innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Changzhou, and puts forward the guiding thoughts and countermeasures for the construction of high-level enterprise RD organizations for equipment manufacturing industry in Changzhou.
