摘要
文章通过对某高校工程中标价及结算价总体对比,从资金比重的角度出发,主要研究土建部分各分部的构成,并对各分部工程资金进行对比,统计出增幅排前三的分部进行总结,提出高校应依据工程全过程管理的特点,采取5项措施,对其中存在的不良现象加以整改。
Through comparison of the winning bid price and settlement price of a university project, this paper mainly studies the formation of each division of the civil part from the viewpoint of proportion of funds, and compares the fund of each division and finds the top three growth divisions. It is proposed that colleges and universities should take measures to rectify the unhealthy phenomenon based on the characteristics of the whole project process management.
