摘要
本文分析了哈尔滨市黑臭水体的现状及治理过程存在的问题,并结合国内外治理黑臭水体的技术,从不同方法角度提出了相关建议,为哈尔滨市进行黑臭水体整治提供参考。
This paper analyzes the present situation and the treatment process of black and odorous water problems in Harbin, and puts forward relevant suggestions combined with the domestic and international experience in black and odorous water treatment from different perspectives, which can provide reference for black and odorous water treatment in Harbin.
