摘要
改革开放以来,中国城市化对城市发展的影响深刻而剧烈,从计划经济向市场经济的转变将中国经济与社会的发展带入了转型期。在转型过程中,城市人口的快速增长、制度变迁所带来的机遇和挑战改变了新城和旧城的空间结构和形态,城市的更新改造正以空前的规模与速度展开。论文以城市更新为背景,重点研究城市更新用地的评价体系,并以武汉市为例,通过城市更新用地的影响因素分析,并采取定性与定量相结合的评价方法来选择确定城市更新用地。
Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization has an intense and profound impact on urban development. The transformation between planned economy and market economy makes China being in a transitional period. During the transitional period, the rapid growth of the urban population, institutional changes brought about the opportunities and challenges which have changed the spatial structure and morphology of the new parts and old parts of the city. The renovation of the city is being at an unprecedented scale and speed to change urban structure. Urban renewal is the main focus of this paper which aims at the development of an evaluation system for urban renewal. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of urban renewal, taking Wuhan as an example,the study has applied the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to evaluate suitable land for urban renewal.
