在铁路企业中,薪酬管理可以说是一项政策性以及敏感性都非常强的工作。其不仅是企业劳动者对自身生活进行维持的基本来源,同时也是企业同员工的重要利益冲突点。在本文中,将就现代铁路施工企业薪酬设计进行一定的研究与分析。
In railway enterprises, compensation management is a very strong policy and sensitivity work. It is not only the basic source of the maintenance of enterprise workers to their own lives, but also an important conflict of interests between enterprises and employees.This paper analyzes the salary design of the modern railway construction enterprises.
