Research and Implementation of the Key Technologies of the Integrated Information System for Letters and Visits

实现异构系统的数据交换与共享、解决信访人重信重访问题,以提高系统的可用性、高效性和稳定性,是信访信息系统一体化建设的主要目标。本文针对该目标的实现,重点研究与实现了异构系统的数据交换与集成、基于元数据语义识别的重信重访判定等关键技术。

The main goal of the integrated information system for letters and visits is to realize data exchange and sharing of heterogeneous systems, to solve the problem of repeated letters and visits, and to improve the availability, efficiency and stability of the system. This paper aiming at the target implementation, focuses on study and implementation of key technologies of the heterogeneous system integration and data exchange, identification of repeated letters and visits based on metadata semantic recognition and so on.
