一起110千伏变压器内部过热故障分析与判断

摘要 电力变压器是电力系统的重要组成部分,主要作用是将电能电压升高降低便于传输和使用,电力变压器内部过热会造成设备损坏,甚者酿成大面积停电事故,影响用户正常的生产生活,及时发现变压器内部潜伏性过热缺陷对变压器安全健康运行来讲显得尤为重要。变压器内部过热时会使绝缘材料受热分解出特征气体,实践表明通过绝缘油色谱分析结合停电试验、负荷变化趋势等可以有效判断变压器潜伏性过热故障属性。本文围绕绝缘油色谱分析介绍了一起110千伏变压器漏磁引起的局部过热故障分析判断过程。 Power transformer is an important part of power system, whose main function is to boost or lower the power voltage to facilitate transport and use. Power transformer internal overheating could cause the equipment damage, and even lead to large area blackout accident, and affect users' normal production and life. So it is particularly important to discover the transformer internal latent defects overheating for the healthy operation of the transformer. Transformer internal overheating will make insulation thermal decompose characteristic gas. Practice shows that through insulating oil chromatographic analysis combined with the power test and load change trend,we can effectively determine transformer overheating latent fault attributes. Based on the insulating oil chromatographic analysis, this paper introduced the analysis and judgment process of a 110 kV transformer local overheat fault caused by magnetic flux leakage.
