摘要
以镍熔炼渣为研究对象,在分析了其物相及矿物形貌的基础上,研究CaO熔剂对FeO-SiO2-CaO-MgO渣系粘度的影响。实验结果表明:在不同温度下,粘度随CaO含量的增加呈降低趋势。当CaO含量控制在5-10%之间,炉渣温度在1250-1400℃之间时,新合成炉渣粘度比原系统炉渣的粘度平均降低了15.67%,达到改善渣性的目的。
Taking nickel smelting slag as the research object, this paper dedcribes a study on the effection of CaO flux on the viscosities of FeO-SiO2-CaO-MgO slag system by analysis of the phase and mineral morphology of this slag. The results show that slag viscosity decreased with the increase of CaO content at various temperatures. The average viscosity of new synthetic slag decreased 15.67% by contrast with the original system slag, when CaO content was controlled in the range of 5-10% and the slag temperature in the range of1250-1400℃, to achieve the purpose of improving the slag.
