摘要
近年来,随着建筑技术,信息传递技术的提高和人们对可持续性建筑的不断深入研究,传统的CAD等之类二维设计的施工图无法表达一些复杂的造型,而BIM技术可以通过三维参数化设计能完美表达设计师的创意。BIM还能高效地解决复杂管线的空间布置问题。BIM在设计、施工方面带来了极大的便利。本文主要分析建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在房屋建筑工程中应用并分析应用效果。
In recent years, with the increase of construction technology and information transmission and continuously thorough research of sustainable architecture, construction drawings done by traditional 2D design such as CAD cannot express some complex shapes,but BIM technology can perfectly finish the creativity of the designers by 3D parametric design. BIM can also efficiently solve spatial layout problems of complex pipelines. BIM has brought great conveniences in the design and construction. This paper mainly analyzes the application of Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology in housing construction and the application effect.
