Cl^-、重金属复合胁迫对两种水生植物逆境生理的影响

摘要 本文采用水培的方法,研究了不同浓度Cl-Cu和Cl-Pb胁迫下美人蕉和狐尾藻的生长指标和部分生理指标。研究结果表明美人蕉在Cl 2g/L+Cu 50mg/L处理下相对生长量最大,狐尾藻在Cl 2g/L+Pb 50mg/L处理下相对生长量最大。美人蕉叶绿素含量均低于对照,而狐尾藻叶绿素含量均高于对照。美人蕉MDA含量在Cl 2g/L+Pb 50mg/L处理下含量最高;狐尾藻在Cl 2g/L+Cu 50mg/L处理下含量最高。 This article adopts the method of hydroponic, studied the different concentrations of Cl-Cu and Cl-Pb canna and foxtail algae growth under Pb stress index and some physiological indexes. The results show that canna under Cl 2g/L +Cu 50mg/L processing relative growth rate, the largest foxtail algae under Cl 2g/L +Pb 50mg/L processing relative growth rate is the largest. Canna chlorophyll content were lower than control, and foxtail algal chlorophyll content were higher than control. Canna MDA content in Cl 2g/L+Pb 50mg/L deal with the highest levels;Foxtail algae in Cl 2g/L+Cu 50mg/L deal with the highest levels.
