水平井螺杆泵抽油杆导向器布置研究

摘要 本文选取从井口到井底整体抽油杆柱为研究对象,考虑了抽油杆柱与油管的接触,建立了抽油杆与油管有限元接触分析模型,应用ANSYS仿真分析了不同杆柱组合抽油杆的应力与变形。同时应用瞬态动力学分析模块,模拟了抽油杆在油管内的旋转运动,得到了抽油杆与油管的在各个瞬时的应力和接触力等结果,根据计算时间段内的杆管接触频率确定扶正器的安放位置以达到减缓偏磨的目的。同时,通过计算对比扭矩转递图布置导向器的位置可以方便实现导向器的合理布置。 In this paper, the research object is selected from the wellhead to the bottom of the whole pumping rod string, which is considered the contact between the sucker rod string and the tubing. The finite element contact analysis model of sucker rod and tubing is established, and the stress and deformation of sucker rod combined sucker rod are simulated and analyzed by using ANSYS software. At the same time, the transient dynamic analysis module is applied to simulate the rotating movement of the sucker rod in the oil pipe, and the results of the stress and the contact force of the sucker rod and tubing are obtained. According to the calculation time period of the rod tube contact frequency, the position of the stabilizer and the guider is determined to achieve the purpose of slowing down the eccentric wear.
