摘要
驱动创新背景下,中国高等教育结构调整,为应用型高校教师分类评价体系改革提供了契机。文章从人才培养、科学研究、学科专业以及教师个体等四个方面的差异性阐述了分类评价的必要性,同时梳理了分类评价的理论基础,提出了重点围绕以学生为中心来设计教学、科研、服务三方面的评价指标内容,从二个维度来设计刚性和柔性相结合的指标权重,探索构建应用型本科院校教师评价体系。
Under the background of driven innovation, the structural adjustment of higher education in China provides an opportunity for the evaluation system reform of the application oriented university teachers. This paper expounds the necessity of classification evaluation from four aspects of talent training, scientific research, subjects and teachers. At the same time, it combs the theoretical basis of classification evaluation, puts forward that focus on students to design the evaluation indexes of teaching, research and service, designs the index weights with the combination of rigid and flexible and explores how to construct the evaluation system of application oriented undergraduate college teachers.
