田维柱理气和胃-降逆止呃针药并举从痰论治呃逆

田维柱教授认为气机失调,胃气上逆动膈,发为呃逆。追本溯源,审证求因,以理气和胃、降逆止呃为基本法则,首辨虚实,再辨证,重视调畅气机,新患或病情较轻,常单纯针刺;久病或病情较重,针药并举;顽固性呃逆从痰论治,温胆汤化裁,辅以针刺,同时从饮食、情绪等方面调整,疏导不良情绪,保持乐观心态,助于病症恢复。

Professor TIAN Weizhu consider the reason of hiccup of disorder of Qi activity,especially stomach Qi upward reversal.We must trace to its source and determine of etiologic factors based on differentitation.With regulating and dropping Qi-flowing for harmonizing as the basic law.Firstly,he distinguishs false or true,and then discriminates syndrome differentination,especially attaches great imprtance to regulate Qi activity.Professor tian often use simple acupuncture for the new or the illness of lighter,but he ofen use the acupuncture and traditional chinese drugs for a long illness or condition of heavier,and for intractable hiccups,professor tian often use Wendan decoction which treated from phlegm.For patients with various types adjust from diet and emtion and so on.so keeping optimistic mentality helped by illness recovery.
